The team is extremely talented and some of the best type-A personalities you could meet. But due to lack of growth, the people are not necessarily happy.
How's the leadership on the Customer Support team at Boomerang Commerce?
It is called Customer Success in Boomerang Commerce and I will call the leadership on Customer Success mediocre. We have lost a lot of talent in the last 2 years and this is to a large part due to the poor leadership of the CS team. There was no growth path shown to people at all.
How much diversity is there among employees at Boomerang Commerce?
The company is primarily Indian and it shows. A significant number of people remain Indian males. Overall, diversity is very low. There are only 2 women and one person of color in the office.
