What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is comfortable at Boomset and it reflects the demands of the event world. Everyone has a sense of humor but we all know when works needs to be finished. It is the perfect balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing everyone at work makes me the happiest. I know if a clients needs assisting, I will come to work with a full report of what has gone on. There isn't a point when I feel out of the loop.
