Our team is like a big family and covid has shown that we are here to stay! Even though people has been working from home; we are still very effective and we kept our strong bonds.

Everyone feels included, and is heard
It feels like I am working with friends on a project that matters to all of us.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There isn't enough opportunity for advancement. Employees have to create their own roles in order to see promotion. A more proactive response to promotion by management would make strong employees feel valued.
