Ms. Angela M. Messer serves as an Executive Vice President of Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation. Ms. Messer develops and implements human resource, logistics, high-level design (HLD) and C4ISR systems to support DoD and Army organizations. Ms. Messer's extensive portfolio includes a full spectrum of IT consulting and engineering capabilities. She served as a Vice President of Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. She served as an Army Officer of U.S. Ms. Messer worked as an Account Executive for a commercial organization in Australia. She later managed two businesses and launched a software development company. She is a Board Member at AFCEA International. Ms. Angela holds B.S. in Engineering and Industrial Management at United States Military Academy at West Point from 1981 to 1985 and holds an M.S. degree in Management and Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1990.
