Kristine Martin Anderson — Executive Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton

Ms. Kristine Martin Anderson serves as Executive Vice President of Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation. Ms. Anderson leads the civil health business at Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation. She is recognized as a thought leader for her expertise in health information technology (HIT), HIT-enabled quality measurement and improvement, payment reform, health data exchange and interoperability. She served as Vice President of Consulting at CareScience, Inc. She served as Vice President for operations and strategy at CareScience, Inc. At CareScience, she oversaw the launch of several innovative products, including the nation's first web-based clinical decision support system for hospitals and the nation's first health information exchange. She helped launch CareScience, Inc. in 1992 and took it public in 2000. She held various roles, including Vice President of Consulting, Director of Operations and Provider Solutions, Director of Special Projects, Director of Product Management, Director of Customer Solutions and Account Manager at CareScience, Inc. In her various roles as a Director, she has developed Customer Service Strategies to help customers for performance measurement and improvement, designed product requirements and managed the process by which customers submit data to CareScience, Inc. for analysis and hosting. She is a frequent speaker and has authored several published articles. She serves on the Quality Committee for the Mercy Health System board of directors as well as eHealth Initiative's board of directors. She also serves on the Cost and Resource Use Standing Committee of the National Quality Forum and the Quality and Safety Committee for the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. Ms. Anderson earned her B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business.
