Management does not foster professional development. Health insurance is expensive. Salaries are lower than comparable area hospitals
I love working at Boston Children's - it's satisfying work with great people for a great cause.
I love the work I do but I am sometimes frustrated by upper management. They tend to pile on when someone is talented but they don't compensate equivalent to the pile on. They also never address festering issues with bad employees until it blows up and then they go into damage control mode. Review from Admin Dept

It's been a valuable year, everyone has been very supportive and there's a lot of opportunities. Review from Operations Dept
