They are personal and friendly. They are accomodating to one's needs as I am a student and they appreciate when I can work.

Managing. They are not people based and could use trainings on communicating with employees.
stop being so punitive with discipline being a minute late counts as a call out

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package,I believe is fair, though it can be difficult to collect through Short term /long term disability from Lincoln financial!

Collaborative, smart, engaging, helpful and hard working.
lower level employees are amazing and foster a caring friendly enviornment
We cared for the patients and kept clear of bureaucracy.
They are hardworking, unique and friendly.

Be more willing to help each other, friendly and respectful of each other
It is extremely difficult to work with providers. The culture needs to change within the organization.

Differs from dept to dept. can feel like two different places.
