Mr. Douglas T. Linde, also known as Doug, has been the President at Boston Properties Inc. since May 14, 2007 and served as its Principal Operating Officer since February 29, 2012. Mr. Linde served as a Member of Office of the Chairman at Boston Properties Inc. since May 14, 2007. Mr. Linde served as a Senior Vice President at Boston Properties Inc. He served as Senior Vice President for Financial and Capital Markets at Boston Properties Inc. since October 1998. Mr. Linde oversaw the accounting, control and financial management departments and also responsible for capital raising, financial strategy, planning and acquisitions. He joined Boston Properties in January 1997 as a Vice President of Acquisitions & New Business to help identify and execute acquisitions and to develop new business opportunities. Prior to Boston Properties, from 1993 to 1997, Mr. Linde served as the President of Capstone Investments. From 1989 to 1993, he served as a Project Manager and Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Wright Runstad and Company. He has been a Director of Boston Properties Inc. since January 21, 2010. Mr. Linde began his career in the real estate industry with Salomon Brothers??? Real Estate Finance Group. He serves as a Director of Overseers for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Inc. and Boston Municipal Research Bureau. Mr. Linde holds an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1989 and a BA from Wesleyan University in 1985.
