Mr. Ritchey served Boston Properties Inc. as Senior Vice President and Co-Manager of Washington, D.C. office., where he was responsible for all business development, leasing and marketing as well as new opportunity origination in the Washington, D.C. area and also oversaw similar activities on a national basis. He served as Member of Office of the Chairman at Boston Properties Inc. since May 14, 2007 Mr. Ritchey joined Boston Properties Inc. in 1980, leading the expansion of Boston Properties Inc. to become one of the dominant real estate firms in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He was one of the leading commercial real estate brokers in the Washington, D.C. area with Coldwell Banker. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in 1972 and a graduate of the U.S. Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, California. in 1973.
