Mr. Norman J. DeLuca, also known as Norm, has been the Managing Director of Business & Entrepreneurial Services Group, a subsidiary of FleetBoston Financial Corp. since 1997 and Managing Director of Small Business Services since 1999. He has been Managing Director of Digital Banking at Bottomline Technologies (de), Inc. since November 2011 and served as its Managing Director of Banking & Financial Services since November 2011. He serves as the Head of Global Transaction Services for the Americas for RBS Americas, the overall North American business unit of RBS, the Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc. He is highly experienced general manager and entrepreneurial business leader with passion to drive change and create long-term value. He has nearly twenty years experience at center of industry consolidation and mergers and acquisitions in the banking industry. He served as a General Manager of FleetBoston Financial Group. He served as the Chief Executive\Head of Global Transaction Services, Americas at Royal Bank of Scotland Group from March 2008 to October 2009. He served as a Managing Partner of NMD Investments. He served as Executive Vice President of Bank of America from 2003 to 2004. He served as Northeast Commercial Banking Executive and President, U.S. Insurance Services of Bank of America. He served as General Manager of the banking and financial services business for Bottomline. He served as chief executive of Global Transaction Services (GTS), Americas at RBS from 2008. Mr. DeLuca served in a number of senior management positions, including head of Commercial Banking, head of Small Business Banking and general manager of the Business Services Group. He served as Head of Global Transaction Services at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. He served as the President of Insurance Services for Bank of America. He served as the Managing Director of Business Financial Services of FleetBoston Financial Corp. since 2002. He served as the Managing Director of Government Banking of Fleet National Bank, a subsidiary of FleetBoston Financial Corp. since 1997. He served as an Executive Chairman of InterPay Payroll Services from 2001 to 2003. Mr. DeLuca serves as Vice Chairman of Consumer Financial Services Group of RBS Citizens, N.A. He served as Vice Chairman of Citizens Financial Group from 2007 to March 2008. He served as Vice Chairman of Payments & Lending Services Group of Citizens Financial Group, Inc. He serves as Director at Malauzai Software, Inc. He served as a Director of MineralTree, Inc. since January 2011. He served as Board Member of RBS Worldpay from 2007 to 2009. Prior to Fleet, he served as chief of staff to the governor of Rhode Island. His Specialties includes SME markets; payments and transaction services; mergers and acquisitions/integration management; customer relationship expansion and development; financial services marketing; new business development; delivering financial technology solutions.
