What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help. Even though there is a leadership hierarchy, everyone feels like equals.
What makes you most happy at work?
That we are helping consumers find the best deals on the internet for almost anything you may need - clothes, shoes, accessories, snacks, sporting goods, vacations, credit cards, furniture, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small, interactive, and independent. We meet once a week to discuss upcoming and ongoing tasks, and then we interact with one another need be for extra support and guidance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was able to interview with employees that were once in my role. It was nice to get their perspective on the company, my manager, and the role itself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very personal and accessible. Within my first weeks, I met several leaders within the company which made me feel comfortable to ask questions if I ever need to collaborate with their departments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The friends and family link! At Brad's Deals, employees receive a unique link to share with friends and family so that they can shop on Brad's Deals. At the end of the year, employees receive a commission check based on what their friends and family members bought using the link.
