They are always willing to listen and take our ideas into account. The whole leadership team is really approachable and really do walk the talk.

They are really involved and care so much about the company, employees, consumers and merchants

The leadership team is very personal and accessible. Within my first weeks, I met several leaders within the company which made me feel comfortable to ask questions if I ever need to collaborate with their departments.
