What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager encourages me to solve a problem for myself before she tells me the answer. Of course, if I can not solve the problem, she jumps in and is more than happy to help me, but this is helping me grow and learn tremendously as an HR intern.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am challenged to learn new things and improve myself each day. My boss constantly asks me for feedback and ways to improve my intern experience. I feel as though my opinion is not only heard but also valued. I am honored and lucky to work at Brad's Deals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at Brad's Deals are kind and intelligent people who genuinely care about you. Our office has a pool table as well as a ping pong table that is encouraged to use if you need a break. Snacks and healthy drinks, coffee and tea as well as a big lunch area where everyone comes together to eat.
