I was able to meet with a variety of people to learn more about the opportunity, some of them were not even on the team I was interviewing for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're in it together in good times and bad. For example, we made sure our DE&I program was reviewed, revised and improved as a result of the Black Lives Matter movement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always willing to listen, their doors are open. They are also very transparent with the company about where we stand now and will aim to go in the future. Always looking to make improvements to the culture and operations of the business that take us beyond the status quo.
