Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im ignored on things and when things are critical they have no urgency on anything and reject what we work on. I feel underpaid as they expected me to do the extra work of cloud engineer wothout taking any comoensation or offer
What are some of the best things about your team?
The most supportive and well-informed team members. Every one of them is very knowledgeable about the work that they are doing.

You are able to strategise and manage your own time and innovation is supported.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was an open-ended interview and supportive approach. I never for any moment felt intimidated and discouraged.
There was no pressure or anxiety.
