What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work independently a lot of the time. I'm given the freedom to tackle my projects while also exploring new projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work fast, but with impact. Never complacent in their goals, they seem to be viewing the ever-changing landscape we exist in, and work to be the best in the field.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I have equity. I wish there was a way for us to review our annual salary, but I also understand that being in an early-stage startup means sacrificing a bit here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are like a family to me. They're invested in my life beyond work, while also uniting on the common goals we have established as a company. Our culture here is strong. We work hard and also enjoy our lives outside of work. That's huge for me.
