The 100% paid employee health benefits is huge! Honestly, our benefits package as a whole is great. Plus, paid parking in downtown Minneapolis...can't beat it.
Health insurance is BOMB. Atif makes a point to ensure all employees aren't burdened with undue medical expense anxeity.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Got a chance to engage with a number of team members, ask frank questions about the atmosphere and workstyle.
It was fairly casual and comfortable. I liked that part of the process was meeting with the CEO. It mattered to me that I got to sit down and have a conversation with the founder and leader of the company prior to making my decision.
