I love it, I truly do. The goals are clearly defined, everyone plays their part and is an important facet to our success as a company. Very little drama and high team camaraderie. I am blessed that I get to work with a bunch of rockstars and with a really well-designed product.

Suggestions and ideas are welcomed and valued. Leadership is invested and it shows in their daily efforts.

The commission structure makes sense across departments. Everyone is incentivized on the same metrics which creates a supportive culture where we all want to win.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone that I work with holds themselves accountable. It's amazing to know that staying in your lane is most effective because everyone is on top of their responsibilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate wins and support one another. The weekly all company meetings keeps everyone on track and marching toward the same goals. People aren't afraid to call each other out with praise!
What makes you most happy at work?
The work itself is meaningful and the environment is positive. People show up, work hard and are willing to help one another. Sounds corny, but it really is one team one dream!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fairly casual and comfortable. I liked that part of the process was meeting with the CEO. It mattered to me that I got to sit down and have a conversation with the founder and leader of the company prior to making my decision.
