What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and conmunication is top notch
Very approachable and relatable, are skilled in their fields as well
They are bright, humble, and super approachable
Our leadership is amazing. Seriously. Humble, willing to listen to feedback, strong vision but respectful of other opinions. I've never seen people work so hard. There are a few times I've been in the office over the weekend (usually I wfh if i'm doing work then) and I've never seen them not there.
Always open to critical feedback.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
CEO speaks negatively of everyone & uses scapegoats. Leadership doesn't take the time to work on self improvement as managers/leaders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything combined, no one thing sticks out.
The benefits, I am paid way below market rate for my role
I'm on the sales side and I think we're paid extremely fairly for the position I'm in.
It's market value, and the benefits are great for being such a young company.
Compensation is good, but they expect you to work non-stop for it.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration and knowledge sharing always.
Collaboration!!! It is so easy to work with someone halfway across the world seamlessly
EVERYONE here is guided by our north star of solving mobile discovery.
Our team is awesome. I was worried sales would be too bro-y or not intellectually stimulating. 100% not the case. Everyone on our sales team is humble, hardworking, technical, kind and supportive. It's a team with a mission, working to drive extremely technical deals forward.
Friendly and inclusive. We truly enjoy working together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a safe space for everyone
Culture of trust and collaboration, cohesion across markets. DEI
so many companies have values for the sake of having values but Branch and everyone lives by them. It's incorporated into everything we do from interviews to weekly awards.
We love feedback and we're constantly trying to improve what we put in place.
