My company is fast-paced and has aggressive goals. This is not a bad thing it just means you have t stay on your toes and be able to change when necessary. I enjoy my work, my team, and the company as a whole.

I am paid fairly but there is always room for a higher comp package, especially with inflation the way it is. We are expected to do more for the same apay
