What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership of the company comprises people who care not only about the customer and the market, but also about the employees.

Building a company on integrity and values vs who follows the rules the best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the way the company managed around Covid
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be paid equally to my male counterparts and have my level determined fairly.
If I were payed equally to my male counterparts in NPD. And if my "level" was fairly determined without bias.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all feel strongly about the brand and learning.
They love what they do
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Call out bad behaviour to stop it being the standard, especially by slt
When bad behaviour occurs, call it out to stop it being the standard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The law needs to be followed for everyone. Not just those that bring it to HR. Compensation needs to increase for cost of living wage.
Accountability of managers and key decision makers. If hr and slt cared more about employees. More recognition.
More recognition, appreciation and respect for employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was authentic and thorough.
I liked my managers easy going -ness.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Diverse hiring panels, removing bias from female candidates and not hiring mini mes
Include a diverse interview panel, remove bias against female applicants and stop hiring people similar to the hiring managers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Connection with customers. Employees sharing their insights.
Producing good quality work even if it doesn't make it into a ptoduct
Producing good quality work even if it will not count towards a project
