Should be paid more for what you do
Taking care of kids is a fun yet hard task. I know I wouldn't be making a ton of money, but I do think we should be making more than almost 11 dollars and hour
We don't have any type of benefits and are underpaid and overworked.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some will help you when needed it
There hard working working people
We all work together to make our work a great place
We work together to complete a common goal

Working with the little kids

The kids that are in my room
The kids of course there the ones that I go work for
The kids. Its something I've always loved and now I get paid for it
All the big smiles from the kids
Everyone works together and you don't have to be afraid to tell someone how you feel even if it is the boss
