What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full time Pay and benefits while having to work 3 days a week.
Bonuses for things sold by partners.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop reducing the sales plan. Get better benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people, fox hole. camaraderie.
Still some smart people who care.

Lots of people coasting in their last job. No innovation. Initiative is punished.
Horrible management, too much internal politics, no positive future outlook.
