What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team truly "walks the walk" when it comes to putting candidates and employees first. My direct manager is one of the most compassionate and thoughtful people I have ever had the pleasure of working for.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have so many incredible perks - I can't pick just one! Workspace set up stipend, learning and development stipend, monthly snacks, fully employer paid insurance, and a significant amount of equity!

What are some of the best things about your team?
This team is passionate, intelligent, collaborative and genuinely inclusive. I feel like I'm surrounded by people that are aligned with my own values and are also constantly trying to improve. Growth mindset isn't just a buzzword for the people on my team, it's their standard mode of operating.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our leadership genuinely cares about our feedback and consistently ask for it. Then once given, they actually work to implement that feedback as best as possible.

What did you like most about the interview process?
We use BrightHire to run our interviews. Every interview was thoughtful, no repetitive questions, and it felt like a continuous conversation rather than a game of 20 questions. One of our co-founders even gave me MORE time to meet because I had so many questions about the direction of the company.
