What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them have grown with the company and we're promoted to the team having put their time in as individual contributors and Managers.
Their passion for the innovation space and the thoughtfulness that goes into our product, and our customers.
Thoughtful about decisions, care for team members.
Willingness to listen to new ideas and consider them equal to other ideas based on merit.
Highly skilled team, with the drive to take the company to the next level.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compensation and more solid growth vision
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quarterly bonuses. Annual increases and transparency.
Paid fair market rate which includes equity for managers.
Salary is determined by market pay rates
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More cash bonus. At the moment deferred compensation is more of a prison
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is mission driven and cares about the role they are in. Real people!
Everyone wants to do their best every day, and most of the team has very high potential in terms of skill development.

Everyone is very nice and willing to help in any way that will enable the company and other employees to succeed.
We are innovation-driven. We believe that innovation can make the world better place! The reasoning behind this is inspiring and meaningful. I love it.

Shifting priorities and no long term vision

Working on a product that has an exciting mission and is creating a new category. Always something new to learn.
Seeing the effect that my work has on the greater organization at large and seeing my contributions directly impacting the product and GTM.
