Develop some work ethic. Hold yourself accountable for your job. Most people do the very minimum and get by while their leaders are so hands off, they have no clue how ineffective people are.

The company has lost its focus on supporting local producers, and on sustainability. The employees at store level are woefully underpaid compared to corporate even though most of the employees at the store did the work corporate does now.
