What do you like best about the leadership team?
my manager, she hears me, and does her best to improve our working area.
Leadership is always there when i need assistance. Very friendly and make you feel welcome.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, actually working instead of sitting in the office on their phones playing video games.
They need to follow the rules
Communication needs to be taught
Treating employees with respect and understanding. Listening. Standing up for their employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They did not even give me my sick days
Getting paid when expected at least
Higher compensation. If I can't afford a place to live in the town I'm working, the wage is not fair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get it done no matter what it is, and we look out for one another.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to communicate better They need to follow the rules
Develop some work ethic. Hold yourself accountable for your job. Most people do the very minimum and get by while their leaders are so hands off, they have no clue how ineffective people are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They always make rasist jokes Nothing is positive at Bristol farms Store managers and department managers torture people together If you work hard they will do anything to break you Managers support each other If you do not want to be part of their torture they will send you away thats culture ofbf
It's pretty easy-going in some regards, but that also depends on your position and who you're friends with.

Leaving after my shift is over
Nothings makes you happy at Bristol farms Unless if you like your customers That was the only thing made me happy
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has lost its focus on supporting local producers, and on sustainability. The employees at store level are woefully underpaid compared to corporate even though most of the employees at the store did the work corporate does now.
