
Cut people out the ones that don’t go there to work ,
Cut of hours , coworkers attitudes, supervisor attitude they wanna have an easy job by giving me the hard one . I don’t know exactly what they say about me to the managers but the truth will always be there .
Maybe to stop criticizing people about their looks and stuff they might do unintentionally . Stop hating or not liking each other in secret and be real . Stop being fake and actually do their job instead of being walking around talking about other peoples business
Re organize their leaders , actually keep people that go there to work. Stop cutting hours specially to the ones who actually are invested in their duties at work . Give randstad people benefits specifically tuition reimbursement to the young workers. And be there for everyone with pure intentions
Stop gossiping during work time , stop giving faces when questions are asked they should be there to help and make employees feel comfortable even if somebody asks 100 questions a day . They should actually do their job instead of sending other people to do it and not giving them credit
