The leadership team is always open to hearing new ideas and providing resources to pursue new approaches. Very personable and easy to approach.

my team is made up of a diverse mix of specialties and all are eager to try new approaches/learn new techniques. Rarely any push-back.

each day presents a new challenge and opportunity to explore a new area while perfecting existing skills. really great co-workers and lots of opportunity for upward growth.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewers treated the process as a two way street and put just as much emphasis on me interviewing the company as they did on interviewing me. Everyone I met was very transparent about the culture, day-to-day role and expectations. Also had an opportunity to meet members of the executive team.
