Mr. Craig J. Laurie serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner of Private Equity at Brookfield Business Partners L.P. Mr. Laurie serves as Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. and served as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Laurie joined Brookfield Asset Management in 1997 and has held a number of senior finance positions with Brookfield Asset Management and associated companies. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Homes Corp since November 28, 2008. He served as Managing Partner of Brookfield Investments Corporation. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Brookfield Residential Properties Inc. from 2011 to October 1, 2015 and Principal Accounting Officer until October 1, 2015. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Renewable Power, Inc. Mr. Laurie served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Canada Office Properties. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Office Properties Inc. from 2003 to March 2007. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Crystal River Capital Inc. since April 2007 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Brookfield Asset Management, Mr. Laurie worked in restructuring and advisory services at Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Laurie served as Chief Financial Officer of O&Y REIT since October 2005. He served as a Director of Crystal River Capital Inc. since April 2009. Mr. Laurie is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University.
