What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is macro-managed, and it's a low pressure work environment where you are trusted.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be better at there jobs in general, they need to be more open to changes, they need to work on there communication skills, they need to stop thinking there better then everyone else, they need to realize that if they can work form home whenever they staff should be able to as well
Collaboration between groups and creating inclusivity and diversity within the firm, there are no female investment leaders
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good medical and overtime policies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my male coworkers was 85K in the same role, I make 15K less
Compensation is half of market up and down the hierarchy, meanwhile the CEO is a billionaire who buys bad investments like GGP
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard workings teams, and interactions are always polite and professional.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to improve knowledge transfer
some people are nice and some people have no soul, some people will do literally anything to look favourable in managements eyes including blaming there mistakes on you and throwing you under the bus
Everyone is a stiff robot
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Commitment to meeting deadlines and allowing staff to take on tasks.
It's a results-oriented, collaborative work environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The divide between upper management and all other team members is huge

It was a very straight-forward process.

Need to be less technical and more behavioral
