literally the worst job ive ever had - management is so rude, some of them wont even answer your emails or smile at you if your not senior enough for them - women are treated awful here - gave me no days off when my grandma die the list goes on

my male coworkers was 85K in the same role, I make 15K less

some people are nice and some people have no soul, some people will do literally anything to look favourable in managements eyes including blaming there mistakes on you and throwing you under the bus
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
this is the type of company that wastes your time when interviewing, makes you come all the way in to the office to ask you questions about stuff clearly on your resume, has 3 different interviews like this
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be better at there jobs in general, they need to be more open to changes, they need to work on there communication skills, they need to stop thinking there better then everyone else, they need to realize that if they can work form home whenever they staff should be able to as well
