Mr. David F. Pietrantoni serves as the Vice President of Finance at Brooks Automation, Inc. and has also been its Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller since June 2013. Mr. Pietrantoni served as the Division Chief Financial Officer of its Components and Services businesses. Prior to joining Brooks, he spent six years in various financial leadership roles at SPX Corporation and Standex International Corporation. He began his career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Pietrantoni holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Niagara University and an M.B.A degree from Suffolk University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
