Mr. Joseph served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Unica Corporation from July 17, 2007 to November 2010. Prior to joining Unica, Mr. Joseph served as General Counsel and Secretary of MapInfo Corporation (also known as Pitney Bowes MapInfo Corp.) from December 2003 to April 2007. Mr. Joseph began his career at Schiff Hardin & Waite in Chicago, IL and at Hale and Dorr LLP in Boston, MA, where he was Junior Partner, concentrating on merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Joseph received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola University Chicago and his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
