I know for a fact that in my 2 roles that I received less pay than my male predecessors. Equal pay for equal work.
They need be a quality person and be honest!
There is no teamwork, it was "every man for himself". As some stores are unionized, there was no way to effectively reprimand bad behavior. Unless there is a way to get ride of "bad apples", there is no way to improve camaraderie.
Change the management urgently !
