What do you like best about the leadership team? The best in the whole world not playing
What is the best part about your compensation package?Health in medical benefits in a lot more more
What are some of the best things about your team?We work together in help each other in we are ther for each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I asked my co workers how much they were making and it turns out they were all making more than me. I am a woman, so it surprised me less than it should. Bonuses were also not handed out for exemplary work and were instead pocketed by the executives.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Again, lots of locker room talk. It's a very hostile environment for a woman because of this.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Boy's Club!!!! Fix that and you fix half the problems with that company. The executives also push work ethic and company loyalty but don't reward anybody who works hard.
