improve the welfare and renumeration package of the employees. management is ego-centric.
Developing themselves and applying current best practices; listening to their employees and making them feel valued, not just for their contribution in monetary terms; taking product quality serious upfront

Support functions need invest to excell
As an experienced professional, frequent micromanagement is very demotivating. Also, there is no opportunities for progression. Employee development and succession planning should be taken more seriously and better supported.
