Working with customers to solve their problems in the short and long term (i.e. product developments), working on product developments and developing marketing strategies and material

Developing themselves and applying current best practices; listening to their employees and making them feel valued, not just for their contribution in monetary terms; taking product quality serious upfront
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an experienced professional, frequent micromanagement is very demotivating. Also, there is no opportunities for progression. Employee development and succession planning should be taken more seriously and better supported.
