What do you like best about the leadership team?
We operate as a all hands on deck team.
I really loved that fact that my Team leader was actively working side of us. So if we had any question it was answered timely.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Gut management and start over please.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
tuition reimbursement and movement money to encourage physical movement
I am paid on time and it pays the bills.
CVS stock purchase plan and 401k match
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay for some employees was raised after many key resources left. ALL salaries should be raised, not just those friends of management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are passionate, empathetic, talented individuals
I have nothing but great things to say about my coworkers/team/team leaders . Very great spirit. Willing to assist each other. My team was truly what made me happy and what I looked forward to working with each day. I learned ALOT from my team..
I mostly love my coworkers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is positive as is every client relationship I have had the pleasure to have
O like my work and I am good at it

Remove management, largely. Bring salaries up to market value.

you get to meet a lot of people
Face to face interviews were pleasant, and the office vibe was fun.
The process was smooth and easy

We never say no. Pleasing the client is important, but not when it's at the expense of your employees.
