they are open honest and they are learning right beside us. they try to listen and empathize despite all the things on their plate.

they are open and nerdy and welcoming and i like that. i wouldn't say we have a homogenous environment. makes my job more enjoyable.

we genuinely want to connect with each other right now

it was quick and it was unique based on my personal circumstances (other offers)

we're so driven. we're very kind to each other. we bring a very human aspect to the work we do. I'm very proud of it.
