- What would you most like to see improved at your company?process and hiring growth but that is merely attributed to being a seed-funded company so we're working on it and it's promising!
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?I think just making everyone feel as comfortable as possible in sharing their feedback and experience as genuinely as possible. I think sometimes the speed, intensity and optics into how they work may be misconstrued by employees and thus present some barriers in feeling open and transparent.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?i have the foresight to know that to make us attractive in our space, we need to offer the best support for our new way of life. right now we are doing ok but have a lot of room to improve.
