The restaurant is physically falling apart. Stopped up plumbing, dirty, foul odor, volume is extremely low, laziness, the pay is just ok only because customers are never there.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the gossip, stop mixing business and pleasure.

Not sitting down and doing what they were hired to do.

Not sitting down, do their job when they have down time and not wait for me to do it.
