What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendly. Down to earth, cared about the employees first
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not sitting down and doing what they were hired to do.
not being a run-of-the-mill corporate restaurant.
The district VP would come into town every few months and tell us all the things we were doing wrong, but never provide positive feed back

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make minimum wage and asked for a raise and they refuse to give it to me while acknowledging they are actively holding me back from promotion because they need me in my position.
They need to pay fairly
Any compensation besides a paycheck
I was not given a bonus i was promised.
it's a "disposable" position with no benefits of any sort provided.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all friends and work well together
Play the movie the right things
Cohesive, well trained and friendly
Our team looks out for each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They're chill. Most of them are doing their jobs well.
Not sitting down, do their job when they have down time and not wait for me to do it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some coworkers make the shifts more bearable.
Very upbeat environment, staff provided meals go a long way for morale
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the gossip, stop mixing business and pleasure.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview was many years ago so details are hazy, I remember it being relaxed overall

Some unproblematic works who treat me as a human being.
when i'm able to go home
Good, busy night followed by a hearty meal
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Business seems to be slowing down.
The general manager is not a good fit for this restaurant.
