What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not sitting down and doing what they were hired to do.
not being a run-of-the-mill corporate restaurant.
The district VP would come into town every few months and tell us all the things we were doing wrong, but never provide positive feed back
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make minimum wage and asked for a raise and they refuse to give it to me while acknowledging they are actively holding me back from promotion because they need me in my position.
They need to pay fairly
it's a "disposable" position with no benefits of any sort provided.
Any compensation besides a paycheck
I was not given a bonus i was promised.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They're chill. Most of them are doing their jobs well.
Not sitting down, do their job when they have down time and not wait for me to do it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the gossip, stop mixing business and pleasure.
