What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel noticed and heard.
It is decent but overall it could be better if the management team put more effort into understanding the issues the employees' encounter.

If there was a 401k plan for employees and the overall pay for the position is one of the lowest in the industry.
because my pay isn't up to standards with the rest of my fellow employees

Building relationships with people and being able to make my own schedule
i can go to work and do my job and know that i am appreciated for it
