Leadership team is a good old boys mentality and does not value women on their teams at all
They need to drastically improve communications between senior and junior levels of employee.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Long term incentive program is good. Along with AIC
Generous 401K match, pay and bonuses
The health benefits are very good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay us for the hours we work. We work 14, but paid for 8.
A better insurance plan that requires less out of pocket expense would help greatly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Knowledgeable and experienced, they believe in doing the right thing.
The feeling of taking care of each other.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are not inclusive at all. While they claim they are, they are very bias
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are family. The entire team gets along
The sense of comraderie that exists among my coworkers and me.
Very fast paced to stimulate ones mind
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Daie comoensation, recognize their high performance team structure (lack of supervision) does not jive with the amount of changes and new initiatives designed to get more granular in our day to day responsibilities.
The managers need to start valuing their employees. They are so focused on power trips they do not treat people fairly

Very friendly and enjoyable, no major concerns.

The managers are used to getting their way, and nothing happens to them if they do something corrupt. They need to be held accountable for their actions.
