Buddy's Home Furnishings is the place of opportunity and if you put the work in you are rewarded well. This is the first company I have worked for that really makes you feel appreciated.

A pleasant brand new experience

It's been nice even though I've had 6 GMs in the past 3 years even though I was promised the position or a raise and got neither one of those things. But this year they got me a card for my birthday so I guess that makes up for it.

I feel undervalued because of what my job entails and I've asked for a raise but they shut me down every time and it's been 3 years and 3 promotions but no raise.

We need to be more customer friendly and community involved

There's too many people abusing our products and not making payments and trying to run with our products. We should make them pay more before they can take it home.
