Salary's are low vs industry averages and they are not balanced with better benefits elsewhere.
My market value is higher than my salary.

They are highly communicative and quick to problem solve solutions

What did you like most about the interview process?
That it was online and I didn't have to travel to do it
it was dynamic and engaging, however there was little HR structure and this was all down to the individual manager.
