Pete Beckmann — Chief Financial Officer at Builders FirstSource
Executive Bio
Pete Beckmann is the chief financial officer of Builders FirstSource, overseeing accounting and controls, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, treasury, tax, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Mr. Beckmann served as senior vice president of financial planning & analysis, where he provided strategic financial support at all levels of the enterprise.
Mr. Beckmann has more than 25 years of experience with Builders FirstSource and its legacy companies. Throughout his tenure, he has held various leadership roles, including serving as the lead financial partner to operations, guiding key financial decisions. In this capacity, he oversaw financial reporting and analysis, short- and long-term forecasting, strategic and annual planning, and capital investment analysis, playing a crucial role in the company’s financial strategy and growth.
Mr. Beckmann earned his bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from Colorado State University.
