The people are the best part. Everyone is so nice!

The teachback. Being able to make it on whatever subject I wanted.

It truly is a team. Everyone is always ready to step up and help another member of the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Buildium really cares about its employees. When there's a pain point, they do their best to address it and alleviate it (if not eliminate it entirely).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and honest with all of us. They have "open door" policies (even though none of them have offices and sit amongst the rest of us).
What did you like most about the interview process?
I feel like I'm a terrible interviewee. I get so nervous. Buildium was asking people to do a teachback on any subject. I was concentrating on that aspect so much, I forgot to be nervous during the actual interview portion and was much more relaxed! I think it made a HUGE difference.
